Templates, not advice
Every document on EasyDocs is a template. It reflects UK law as at the date shown on the product page and is drafted for common circumstances. It is not legal advice, and buying it does not create a solicitor-client relationship.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking that a template suits your situation, for the accuracy of what you enter into it, and for how you use the completed document. Jurisdiction labels tell you where a template applies; using a document outside its stated jurisdiction is at your own risk.
Legislative change
UK law changes. We rewrite affected templates when it does and notify account holders who own them, but we cannot guarantee a document bought earlier reflects the law at the moment you sign it. Check the "last updated" stamp.
When to get advice
If the matter is contested, high-value, involves children or vulnerable people, or just feels bigger than a form, take advice from a qualified solicitor. A good template is a starting point, not an argument-winner.
