Digital Downloads
When you choose immediate access to a digital download, you acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cancellation right may be lost once the download is supplied.
Defective or Misdescribed Files
If a file is defective, inaccessible, missing, or materially not as described, contact us and we will provide a replacement, fix, or refund where appropriate.
Before Download
If you purchased by mistake and have not accessed or downloaded the file, contact us as soon as possible and we will review the order.
