What you are buying
EasyDocs sells downloadable UK document templates and an e-signature service. When you buy a template you receive a licence to use it for your own personal or business purposes. You may fill it in, sign it and reuse it for your own matters as often as you like.
What you may not do
You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the templates themselves, whether edited or not. The licence is for use, not for resale.
Not legal advice
EasyDocs is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Templates are professionally drafted for common situations and are labelled with the jurisdiction they apply in, but they are not a substitute for advice about your specific circumstances. If your situation is unusual or high-value, speak to a solicitor.
E-signature
Easy-Sign produces electronic signatures with a certified audit trail, valid under the Electronic Communications Act 2000 and eIDAS as retained in UK law. Some documents (for example wills and certain deeds) have execution requirements that electronic signature does not satisfy; these are flagged on the product page.
Refunds
See our refund policy. In short: if a template is wrong for the stated purpose, we fix it or refund it.
Accounts and subscriptions
Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled any time from your account, taking effect at the end of the billing period. We may withdraw or update templates; documents you have bought stay in your account for re-download.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
