Yes. Cancel from your dashboard and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Every document you have already downloaded stays in your account permanently.
Everything you bought or downloaded stays available to re‑download. You lose unlimited access to new templates, the clause builder and included Easy‑Sign transactions.
No — the monthly allowance resets each billing period. If you need more in a given month you can buy extra transactions at £5 each.
Prices shown include UK VAT for consumers. Business customers can add a VAT number at checkout and receive a VAT invoice automatically.
Digital documents are non‑refundable once downloaded, but if a template is wrong, out of date or not as described we will fix it or refund you. See our refund policy.
